We look to understand your timescales, budget and existing solutions and based on this we will provide an initial view of costs and time required to confirm feasibility.
Detailed Requirements
We spend time with you and your team to understand what you need in detail.
The goal is to get enough information to produce an initial prototype of the proposed system. This doesn’t have to be exhaustive — that level of detail can follow later.
Initial Prototype
Using AI we generate HTML, CSS and JavaScript to create a prototype that runs in your browser and looks a lot like the proposed solution.
This gives us a solid tangible basis for further discussions and helps stakeholders visualise and align on what we are all talking about.
Prototype Review
We work through the initial prototype with each stakeholder to flush out misunderstandings and build more detail.
Having something tangible to look at really helps users engage with the process and generally stimulates more constructive coverage of what is needed.
Full Prototype
We generate a prototype that is an accurate facsimile of the finished product. When users see it, they will probably believe it is a full blown system.
The aim is to generate something so close to the finished product that it can become the contractual specification for the build.
Refinement
Now is the perfect time to specify features exactly as they should be. It’s so quick and easy to change things at this stage that we encourage maximum stakeholder engagement.
We iterate over the prototype stages until everybody is satisfied. Because the cost is so low you can encourage people to be creative without fear of blowing your budget.
Solution Development
The finished prototype guides AI-driven development of the finished product, with minimal customer involvement other than to confirm progress.
This process takes around 10–25% of the time taken in a traditional development process while producing far fewer bugs.
Delivery
The final system is handed over for acceptance testing and user training. We fix any bugs you find.
We put the new system live, importing data from existing systems if required. We have been through this many times and will do everything we can to make it smooth and stress-free.
